A FRESH OIL
WITH STRONG AROMAS
Produced on the South African estate of Rupert & Rothschild Vignerons, Edmond de Rothschild Heritage olive oil is made from two varieties of Italian olives: Frantoio and Coratina, whose olives give the oil a pleasant hazelnut taste. The slow maturing of the olives produces a fresh oil with strong aromas. The extra virgin oil is cold‑extracted to deliver refreshing flavours, a creamy and delicate finish on the palate, with a final note of crunchy white pepper.
