To create the “Fermier au poivre du Népal”, the cheesemaker selects Bries de Meaux that have reached a third of their ripening. Each wheel is then cut in half and garnished with a mixture of our triple-cream Crème de Brillat cheese and Nepalese pepper. Combining the creaminess of Brie and the exotic spice of Nepalese pepper, including grapefruit and other citrus notes, the “Fermier au poivre du Népal” bursts with flavours ranging from subtle to exotic in each bite. As with the Brie de Meaux, it is recommended to store the “Fermier au poivre du Népal” in its original packaging and store it in the lower part of the refrigerator.
