BRIE AND MUSTARD
To create the “Fermier à la moutarde de Meaux Pommery®”, the cheesemaker selects Bries de Meaux that have reached a third of their ripening.
Each wheel is then cut in half and garnished with a mixture of our Crème de Brillat cheese and Meaux Pommery® Mustard.
Combining the creaminess of Brie and the spiciness of mustard, the “Fermier à la moutarde de Meaux Pommery®” bursts with different local flavours in each bite.
As with the Brie de Meaux Fermier AOP, it is recommended to store the “Fermier à la moutarde de Meaux Pommery®” in its original packaging and store it in the lower part of the refrigerator.
