ARTISANAL TRIPLE-CREAM

SMOOTH AND MILD FLAVOUR

During the production of Brie de Meaux Fermier AOP, the cheesemaker skims the milk to reduce its fat content. At the end of this process, the cream collected is used to make the Crémeux Fermier. Similar to Brillat-Savarin, this cheese is made from whole cow’s milk that is processed while hot and enriched with cream. It is hand moulded and ripened for one to four weeks before reaching maturity.

Mild on the palate, it has a subtle, creamy, floral taste that is unmistakable and sure to delight the most discerning cheese connoisseurs.

To preserve its texture, it is recommended to store the Crémeux Fermier at a temperature between 4 and 8 degrees C (39-46 degrees F). It can be served at the end of a meal or in a salad, and can also be garnished with herbs, spices, pepper‑or grapes.
