Inspired by the different properties of Edmond de Rothschild Heritage, Julien Gatillon, chef of the restaurant Le 1920 in Megève (2 Michelin stars), has created five recipes for artisanal jams combining Edmond de Rothschild Heritage products, such as Baron de Rothschild Champagne, Château Clarke wine and Domaine des 30 Arpents milk, along with other bold flavours: spicy piment d’espelette, génépi and gold shavings.

Delicious and one-of-a-kind, Edmond de Rothschild Heritage jams are produced on the Mont d’Arbois estate in limited batches. They provide a delicious accompaniment to your sweet and savoury recipes.
